DMCA Copyright Policy

KrutiDevTools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on KrutiDevTools infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice that includes the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) where the material appears on our site
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Where to Send Notices

DMCA takedown notices should be sent through our contact page with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". Please include all six elements listed above in your message.

Response Timeline

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
  • Review the notice for completeness and validity
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly if the notice is valid
  • Notify the content provider (if applicable) that the material has been removed

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

KrutiDevTools will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Note About Font Files

The KrutiDev font family has been freely distributed across the Indian internet since the 1990s. If you are the copyright holder of a font file hosted on this site and wish for it to be removed, please submit a DMCA notice with documentation of your ownership. We will promptly remove any font file whose copyright status is disputed.

Good Faith

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is infringing, consider consulting an attorney before filing a notice.
