Krutidev Font on Android

Android does not natively support Krutidev. Here is what works, what does not, and the best alternative.

Why Krutidev Does Not Work on Android

Android uses Unicode for all text rendering. The system does not support non-Unicode font encoding like Krutidev. When you paste Krutidev text on Android, the system reads the ASCII characters and displays them in the default font - producing garbled English output instead of Hindi.
